Book Your Santa Photo Session


Our private photo experience takes place in Santa’s Bungalow, located beside H&M.

To keep Santa and our guests safe and healthy, Santa will be wearing a special mask under his beard, and we thank you for wearing your mask for the entirety of your visit (including the photo). All guests over five must wear a mask.

We are excited to welcome the return of Santa’s red chair. Due to COVID-19, your children are unable to sit on Santa’s knee, but are welcome to sit or stand beside Santa.

Your visit includes a high-resolution digital image only. At the time of booking, you may also select to add 5X7 prints for an additional fee.

Photos are by online reservation only.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate walk-ups.
Due to high demand, we are unable to change appointments once booked.

NEW THIS YEAR: If you are unable to book an appointment with Santa this year, we are excited to offer a digital Santa portrait featuring an existing photo with your family. Just send us your favourite photo.

Booking Instructions

1. Photos are $25 +GST and include one high resolution digital image. At the time of booking, you may add 5X7 prints for an additional fee (Please note: Prints must be added to your order at time of booking, they will not be available to purchase during your appointment).

2. Enter your payment method and billing address; you will receive a payment receipt and booking confirmation via email.

3. Arrive at our Holiday Lounge (located behind Santa’s Bungalow) 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. At your appointment time, proceed to Santa’s Bungalow and Guest Services will greet you at the door.
* Highstreet is not responsible for items left unattended in the Holiday Lounge.

4. Your Santa Photo will be emailed to you within 24 hours
* If you do not receive your photo after 24 hours, please email gs@highstreetfv.com with your last name and photo number.

5. Share your photo on Instagram using #HolidaysAtHighstreet

Please kindly note the following:

  • Each appointment allows for one photo.
  • Bookings start and end on time.
  • There will be no refunds offered for missed appointments.
